Primary contribution method

This website does not process payments. Start and complete the e-Transfer in your bank’s official app or online-banking website.

Step-by-step e-Transfer instructions

Open your own bank’s mobile app or online-banking website.
Select Interac e-Transfer and add the campaign using the email above.
Enter your contribution amount and identify yourself as the contributor.
Send the transfer from an account containing your own funds.
Contact the campaign so it can obtain the information required for its records and receipt.
Review the details and submit the transfer through your bank.

Before you contribute

Only individuals who are normally resident in Ontario may contribute.

Corporations, businesses, trade unions, groups, governments, municipalities, and school boards may not.

$1,200 maximum from one contributor to one candidate.

$5,000 maximum total to candidates running for the same school board.

Contributions must come from the contributor’s own funds.

Only contributions of $25 or less may be made in cash. Larger contributions must clearly show their source.

The campaign must issue a receipt for every contribution. It is not a tax receipt.

Names and addresses of contributors whose total exceeds $100 are reported on a public financial statement.
